The Exercise Habit Lab - Beta


I love working one-on-one with clients because we can adjust the plan in real time, as life happens. That’s great, but I can’t be in more than one place at a time.

That’s why I’m eager to announce the first session of The Exercise Lab, an interactive 6-week small-group coaching program designed to empower women over fifty with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to create long-lasting exercise habits.

I’ve curated a curriculum based on the most common barriers my one-on-one clients face, so you can learn practical tools to:

Overcome perfectionism,

Challenge your inner critic,

Adapt your plan according to your changing circumstances, and

Never let fear, guilt, or shame get in the way of your health and fitness routines ever again!

Get the support and accountability you need from other women 50+ who know what it’s like to walk in your shoes. You can expect weekly live Zoom sessions where you design your personalized exercise habits in a supportive community of women, with the coaching and resources you need along the way. By the end of the program, you will have a whole new approach to your exercise habits!

Small group (6–10 people), with personalized feedback.
