Solidify new compassionate and curious thought patterns so you can stop being so hard on yourself. With the right mindset, you’ll find it easier to stay with your routine for longer.
Become a pro at changing your exercise plan when life happens.
Minimum 6-month commitment starting at $495/month CAD.
Applications open in October 2025.
What to expect
In the first 6 weeks, we’ll complete:
An initial Habit Assessment to help you evaluate which of your current habits are helpful and which habits need to go.
An initial Goal Setting Session to help you set invincible goals with Goal Setting Theory (no more “SMART” goals!).
An initial Movement Assessment so we can customize your exercise plan to support your day-to-day life. Move your body in ways that support your goals, whether you want to improve your stamina, flexibility, or strength.
During month 3 out of 6, we’ll complete your Habit and Goal Review to keep you moving in the right direction. We’ll reassess your plan and adjust as needed.
