That’s why I created The Exercise Lab, an interactive 6-week small-group coaching program. Each lesson is based on real conversations I’ve had with women like you. My mission is to give women 50+ the tools, support, and accountability they need to make their exercise habits stick!

You can expect a judgment-free community of women, with weekly Zoom sessions to give you the accountability you need to stay on track.
Between group sessions, you’ll design your personalized exercise habits using workbooks and use journaling prompts to practice your new mindset.
By week 6, you’ll stick to your exercise habits with confidence and clarity!
