This small virtual group program is designed to provide women in Menopause with the support and expert guidance they need to build a daily movement practice using exercise experiments.

What You’ll Get: 

  • The program includes six weekly live virtual group coaching sessions

  • Tackle your biggest challenge with your virtual 1:1 session with Coach Johnena

Outcomes:

  • Build the skills and confidence you need to build consistent movement habits into your day without shame, guilt, or perfectionism.
